Zuper Secures $32 Million in Series B Funding

Seattle-based Zuper, a provider of solutions designed to scale and modernize rapidly growing businesses with field operations, has successfully concluded a Series B funding round, securing $32 million. FUSE led the funding round, with participation from Prime Ventures and other existing partners. With this Series B investment, Zuper has raised a total of $46.1 million.

Zuper, led by CEO Anand Subbaraj, plans to utilize the raised capital to expand its global presence in catering to service businesses. The company offers a field service management solution that seamlessly integrates with apps and CRMs. This solution, complemented by personalized support, reporting tools, and analytics, empowers fast-growing service businesses to efficiently scale and optimize their field operations. Zuper’s automated workflows are utilized globally to facilitate collaboration among field workforce teams, ensuring an enhanced customer experience.

As part of its growth strategy, Zuper is extending its services to both mid-market and larger customers across various industries, including Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Facility and Property Maintenance, and Residential Services. In 2023, the company tripled its headcount and intends to continue aggressive hiring in 2024. Zuper’s operational footprint extends to India and the Middle East, reflecting its commitment to serving a diverse and global clientele.
