Zinit Raises $8 Million Seed Round to Scale AI-Powered Procurement Platform Globally

Zinit, the Dubai-based artificial intelligence–driven B2B procurement and sourcing platform, has secured $8 million in seed funding, marking a major milestone for the young company as it accelerates its global expansion and product development. The funding round, completed in November 2025, values the company at approximately $48 million and reflects growing investor confidence in AI-powered enterprise procurement solutions.

The round was led by AltaIR Capital, a global venture capital firm with a strong track record of backing early-stage technology companies across SaaS, fintech, insurtech and enterprise software. AltaIR’s participation signals confidence in Zinit’s ability to modernize and automate indirect procurement processes, an area that remains inefficient for many large organizations worldwide.

Also participating in the round was DVC (Dubai Venture Capital), an early-stage investor focused on high-growth technology startups, particularly those applying artificial intelligence to complex business challenges. Beyond capital, DVC is expected to support Zinit with strategic guidance as the company scales its AI capabilities and expands its international footprint.

Founded in 2023 by Anton Buzdalin and Andrey Chernogorov, Zinit has rapidly emerged as a notable player in the procurement technology space. The company offers an AI-powered platform designed to automate and streamline indirect sourcing, a category that includes non-core purchases such as marketing services, logistics, IT services and facility management. These purchases often account for a significant portion of enterprise spending but are traditionally fragmented, manual and difficult to control.

Zinit’s platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to assist procurement teams throughout the entire sourcing lifecycle. This includes supplier discovery, creation of detailed request-for-proposal documents, bid comparison, multi-round negotiations and supplier selection. By centralizing these activities, the platform aims to reduce sourcing timelines, improve transparency and help companies achieve measurable cost savings.

The newly raised capital will be used to further enhance Zinit’s AI engine, with a focus on developing more autonomous sourcing and negotiation capabilities. The company is also investing in product scalability and infrastructure to support a growing base of enterprise customers across multiple regions. In parallel, Zinit plans to expand its commercial and operational presence in key global markets, including the United States, India and Latin America.

As part of this expansion strategy, Zinit has made several senior leadership appointments. Stan Moskovtsev, formerly a consultant at McKinsey, has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer for the United States, where he will lead enterprise sales and partnerships. Michel Boczko has been appointed Regional Director for Latin America, tasked with driving growth and customer adoption across the region. In India, one of Zinit’s fastest-growing markets, Naveenn Suri has taken on the role of Regional Director, overseeing local expansion and strategic partnerships.

Zinit already serves more than 100 enterprise customers, including well-known brands such as Bacardi India, UFLEX Limited and United Colors of Benetton. The platform connects these buyers with a large and diverse supplier base, giving procurement teams access to tens of thousands of vendors across multiple categories and geographies. This breadth allows enterprises to run competitive sourcing processes while maintaining governance and compliance standards.

The company operates on a hybrid business model that combines SaaS subscriptions with success-based fees tied to achieved savings. This structure is designed to align Zinit’s incentives with those of its customers, while providing clear and auditable return on investment. As enterprises increasingly look for digital tools to gain control over indirect and tail spend, Zinit is positioning itself as a technology-driven alternative to traditional manual procurement processes.

With fresh funding, expanded leadership and growing enterprise adoption, Zinit is entering its next phase of growth focused on international scale, deeper AI integration and continued disruption of the global procurement market.
