Syncari, a leader in Agentic Master Data Management (MDM), has successfully closed its Series B funding round, securing an undisclosed amount. The round was led by Escape Venture Investing, with participation from Crosslink Capital, SignalFire, ANIMO Ventures, and NextGen Venture Partners. This investment follows strong enterprise momentum as Fortune 1000 companies adopt Syncari as their trusted data foundation to automate workflows, scale intelligent decisions, and achieve significant cost savings.

Founded in 2019 by Nick Bonfiglio, a former executive at Marketo, MuleSoft, and Zendesk, Syncari offers a no-code data automation platform designed to unify, govern, and synchronize data across various systems. The platform addresses the challenges posed by data fragmentation in modern enterprises, enabling organizations to create a single, trusted version of their data without the need for complex coding or manual interventions.

The recent funding will enable Syncari to further enhance its platform’s capabilities and expand its reach within the enterprise sector. The company’s Agentic MDM platform has more than two trillion data operations under management, establishing itself as the unified data foundation for enterprises across technology, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing. By evolving traditional MDM into an intelligent, operational infrastructure, Syncari enables real-time AI initiatives, accelerates digital modernization, and operationalizes trusted data, transforming master data from a governance requirement into a catalyst for innovation.

In addition to its core platform, Syncari has introduced several key features to support enterprise data needs. These include AI-native architecture with semantic layers, patented multi-directional synchronization for real-time governance, and over 100 smart connectors, SDKs, APIs, and webhooks for seamless enterprise integration. These capabilities ensure that AI agents, operations, analytics, and automations operate on a single version of governed truth in real-time, at enterprise scale.

The company’s momentum is further evidenced by its growing customer base, which includes Fortune 1000 companies such as Monotype, Trimble, Yardi, and Antech Diagnostics, a Mars company. These organizations have adopted Syncari’s platform to streamline their data operations and support their digital transformation initiatives.

To meet the increasing demand for its services, Syncari has appointed Brian Bagan as Vice President of Sales. Bagan brings deep enterprise expertise from Precisely, where he drove strategic growth initiatives for Fortune 1000 accounts and scaled global data management solutions. His appointment underscores Syncari’s commitment to scaling its enterprise footprint and meeting the rising demand for intelligent, cloud-native data infrastructure.

As enterprises continue to prioritize data-driven decision-making and AI integration, Syncari is well-positioned to lead the way in transforming master data management. With its innovative platform and strong investor backing, the company aims to empower organizations to unlock the full potential of their data and drive meaningful business outcomes.
