Sparrow Raises $35M in Series B to Scale Its Global AI-Powered Leave Management Platform
Sparrow, a leading platform for employee leave management, has closed a $35 million Series B funding round led by SLW (Silver Lake Waterman). This brings total funding for Sparrow to $64 million.
Sparrow will use this investment to scale its AI-driven leave management system globally and expand into adjacent labor compliance functions. The company’s all-in-one solution unifies data from payroll, legal compliance, insurance, and HR teams—making leave management seamless and stress-free for both HR professionals and employees.
