Montpellier, France–based medtech innovator Sim&Cure has secured €10 million in a Series extension funding round to accelerate its international growth, expand its software portfolio, and strengthen its research, development, and commercial teams. The new capital infusion comes as the company continues to build momentum in the global neurovascular care market by applying advanced simulation, Digital Twin, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to improve planning and outcomes for complex endovascular procedures such as those used to treat cerebral aneurysms.
The €10 million round was supported by historical investors including Elaia and IT Translation Investissement, alongside continued participation from IRDI Capital Investissement, SWEN Capital Partners, Sofilaro, Tudigo, and Holnest — a mix that underscores sustained confidence in Sim&Cure’s technology and vision from both venture capital firms and strategic backers.
Founded in 2014 by CEO and co‑founder Mathieu Sanchez along with medical and technical partners, Sim&Cure has pioneered software solutions designed to assist clinicians in planning neurovascular procedures more safely and efficiently by simulating patient-specific scenarios before intervention. Its flagship product, Sim&Size™, generates a detailed digital representation of a patient’s vascular anatomy, allowing physicians to test multiple treatment strategies and device placements prior to real-world operations — a capability that can reduce procedural risk, saving critical time and improving outcomes.

Sim&Cure has diversified its product portfolio beyond core treatment planning with initiatives like Sim&Train, a training platform that uses 3D printing technology, and Sim&Predict, an AI-driven tool for automated detection of cerebral aneurysms in medical imaging.
