OpenJobs AI Raises Seed Funding Led by LongRiver Investments to Scale Autonomous AI Hiring Platform “Mira”

OpenJobs AI, an AI-driven recruitment platform building autonomous hiring agent “Mira,” has secured seed-stage venture backing in a multi-million-dollar funding round as it accelerates development of its end-to-end AI hiring workflow system.

The company, founded in 2025 and based in San Jose, operates an agent-first recruiting platform designed to automate key hiring functions including job description generation, candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, and interview scheduling. Its flagship product, Mira, functions as an autonomous recruiting agent intended to reduce manual sourcing workloads and shorten hiring cycles from weeks to days.

OpenJobs AI’s funding came through a seed round led by LongRiver Investments, with participation from Fengshion Capital and a group of angel investors with backgrounds in artificial intelligence and internet companies. The round was completed in March 2026 and is described as a multi-million-dollar raise, although the exact amount has not been publicly disclosed.

The capital raised will be used to expand Mira’s capabilities, particularly in scaling automated candidate discovery and engagement workflows. The company positions its system as a replacement for traditional sourcing-heavy recruiting processes, aiming to deliver qualified, interview-ready candidates within hours of a job being posted.

Investor interest in OpenJobs AI reflects growing momentum around “agentic AI” systems—software designed not just to assist users, but to autonomously execute multi-step business workflows. LongRiver Investments and Fengshion Capital have been active in early-stage artificial intelligence deals, particularly in companies automating enterprise labor functions.

The company has also reported early commercial traction, reaching approximately $1.2 million in annual revenue in 2025, driven by adoption among startups and mid-sized firms seeking to improve hiring speed without expanding internal recruiting teams.

OpenJobs AI operates on a SaaS subscription model, with pricing tiers based on hiring volume and active job roles. Its customer base primarily consists of companies that lack dedicated recruiting teams or are seeking to scale hiring efficiency without increasing headcount.

The seed funding reflects broader venture capital trends toward AI-native workforce infrastructure startups. Investors are increasingly backing platforms that apply large language models and automation systems to replace repetitive enterprise workflows in human resources, sales, and operations.

Following the financing, OpenJobs AI plans to expand its engineering and product teams, improve its candidate intelligence systems, and deepen integrations with enterprise hiring platforms. The company is also working to enhance Mira’s adaptability across industries such as technology, healthcare, and financial services.

As competition intensifies in AI recruiting and workforce automation, OpenJobs AI is positioning itself as a fully autonomous hiring layer rather than a traditional recruiting tool. With new funding from LongRiver Investments and Fengshion Capital, the company is aiming to scale its agent-driven hiring infrastructure in a rapidly evolving talent market.
