Onto Health Raises $20 Million Series A to Expand AI-Enabled Fertility and Longevity Care

Onto Health has raised $20 million in Series A funding to accelerate the expansion of its AI-enabled fertility and longevity care platform across the United States while supporting its entry into international markets. The Chicago-based company will use the new capital to grow its clinical footprint, enhance its technology platform, and broaden access to physician-led reproductive healthcare that combines artificial intelligence, advanced diagnostics, and personalized treatment planning. The financing marks a significant milestone for the young healthcare company as demand grows for technology-enabled fertility services that emphasize both reproductive health and long-term wellness.

The Series A round was funded by ARTIS and Humania. The investment reflects confidence in Onto Health’s model of integrating evidence-based fertility care with artificial intelligence, clinical automation, and personalized treatment planning. According to the company, the proceeds will support additional clinical operations throughout the United States while funding expansion into the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region through Humania’s healthcare network.

Onto Health was founded by Dr. Roohi Jeelani, a double board-certified specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, in partnership with ARTIS. The company seeks to redefine fertility care by treating reproductive health as part of a broader lifelong wellness journey rather than a single episode of medical treatment. Instead of focusing exclusively on infertility after it develops, Onto emphasizes earlier intervention, preventive care, and comprehensive health management supported by artificial intelligence and modern clinical infrastructure.

The company’s technology platform combines AI-powered diagnostics, automation, and individualized treatment planning to assist physicians in delivering more personalized care. Artificial intelligence is used to streamline clinical workflows, improve diagnostic precision, and support decision-making while allowing physicians to remain central to patient care. Onto believes this approach enables clinicians to provide highly individualized fertility treatments while reducing administrative burdens and improving operational efficiency.

Unlike many fertility providers that concentrate solely on assisted reproductive technologies, Onto positions fertility as an important indicator of overall health. Its care model incorporates fertility treatment alongside hormone optimization, preventive medicine, and longevity-focused healthcare. The company offers services including fertility assessments, egg and embryo freezing, in vitro fertilization, intrauterine insemination, male infertility evaluation, genetic testing, LGBTQ+ family-building support, and long-term reproductive planning.

The newly raised funding will allow Onto Health to expand its clinical operations beyond its initial markets. Following the opening of its Chicago clinic, the company plans to establish additional locations throughout the greater Chicago metropolitan area while continuing to grow nationally. Internationally, Onto intends to enter Gulf Cooperation Council countries through its partnership with Humania, whose affiliated healthcare network includes tertiary hospitals and outpatient facilities across the Gulf region and North Africa.

The financing also supports continued investment in Onto’s technology infrastructure. The company plans to further develop its AI-enabled platform by enhancing automation, expanding advanced diagnostic capabilities, and improving patient engagement throughout the fertility journey. By integrating clinical data with personalized treatment recommendations, Onto aims to shorten the time required to diagnose reproductive health conditions while improving overall patient outcomes.

Demand for fertility services continues to increase globally as individuals seek earlier access to reproductive health information and more personalized treatment options. At the same time, healthcare providers are increasingly adopting artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, reduce administrative complexity, and enhance clinical decision-making. Onto believes combining these trends creates an opportunity to modernize fertility care through technology while maintaining physician-led treatment and individualized patient support.

The company’s growth strategy has already extended beyond organic expansion. In July 2026, Onto announced the acquisition of LEVY Health, a reproductive health diagnostics software company whose clinical decision-support platform will strengthen Onto’s technology capabilities and support larger-scale deployments across clinics. The acquisition aligns with the company’s objective of building a comprehensive technology-enabled infrastructure for fertility medicine following its Series A financing.

With fresh backing from ARTIS and Humania, Onto Health plans to continue expanding its AI-enabled fertility and longevity platform while bringing its physician-led care model to more patients across the United States and internationally. As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly integrated into healthcare delivery, the company aims to combine advanced technology with personalized clinical expertise to improve reproductive outcomes, broaden access to fertility care, and support patients throughout every stage of their long-term health journey.
