Maven Raises $50M Series B Led by Dell Technologies Capital to Scale Enterprise AI Customer Experience Platform 

Maven, the enterprise AI customer experience platform, has raised $50 million in Series B funding as it accelerates adoption of its agentic AI systems designed to unify the full customer journey across support, sales, and service operations.

The round was led by Dell Technologies Capital, a venture arm of Dell Technologies focused on enterprise infrastructure and cloud transformation investments. The firm has backed a range of AI and SaaS companies building next-generation enterprise systems, and its participation in Maven’s Series B signals continued investor conviction in AI-driven customer operations platforms.

Additional participation in the round came from Cisco Investments, the strategic venture capital arm of Cisco Systems, which invests in companies shaping networking, security, and enterprise software ecosystems. Their involvement highlights Maven’s alignment with enterprise-grade infrastructure and customer engagement tooling that integrates deeply with large-scale IT environments.

Also joining the round was SE Ventures, the venture capital fund backed by Schneider Electric, which focuses on climate-tech, industrial innovation, and enterprise software companies driving digital transformation in complex operational environments. Its participation reflects growing interest in AI systems that optimize enterprise workflows and customer interactions at scale.

The Series B round also included returning support from Lux Capital, a venture firm known for investing in frontier technologies spanning artificial intelligence, robotics, and deep tech, alongside M13, an early-stage venture firm specializing in AI, consumer technology, and SaaS platforms. Another returning investor, E14 Fund, the venture fund affiliated with MIT, also participated, reinforcing its focus on MIT-connected founders and technically differentiated startups.

According to publicly available disclosures, Maven’s latest funding round brings its total capital raised to approximately $78 million. The company previously raised a $20 million Series A led by M13, followed by earlier seed and pre-seed rounds that helped develop its core AI agent infrastructure. The new capital is expected to be deployed toward expanding enterprise deployments, improving AI automation capabilities, and scaling integrations with major customer support systems.

Maven’s platform uses generative AI agents to automate large portions of customer support workflows, with the company reporting that its systems can resolve a significant share of customer inquiries without human intervention. Its technology integrates with enterprise systems of record, enabling companies to deploy AI assistants across chat, email, and voice channels while maintaining continuity across the full customer lifecycle.

The company is part of a broader wave of enterprise AI startups attracting significant venture capital as corporations increasingly shift toward automation of customer operations. Investors have pointed to the combination of cost reduction and improved customer experience as key drivers behind increased funding in the sector, particularly for platforms capable of handling multilingual, high-volume support environments.
