This duo specializes in manufacturing and distributing commercial can liners, polyethylene bags, produce bags, and related products primarily tailored for usage in quick-service restaurants, convenience stores, and janitorial services.
In collaboration with a co-investor, Main Street Capital Corporation joined forces with Pinnacle’s existing owners and management team to orchestrate the recapitalization process. Main Street’s investment comprises a mix of first lien, senior secured term debt, and a direct equity investment. Additionally, Main Street and its co-investor extended a revolving line of credit to fortify Pinnacle’s capacity for future growth ventures and to meet the company’s working capital requisites.
