Responsibilities:

• Assist in the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of M&A deals by providing support in the following areas: developing decision frameworks; conducting valuation analysis and case modeling; coordinating due diligence efforts involving cross-functional teams; assembling findings into presentation material
• Help source acquisition opportunities fitting our strategic rationale
• Participate in strategy development projects that translate into M&A initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Students entering their junior or senior year of university
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills with intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn
• Keen interest in innovative business or technical topics
• Ability to formulate insights around complicated business problems
• Team oriented, community contributor with high EQ

Bonus Points:

Technical and/or business major helpful but not mandatory

Additional Information:

Work Hours: This is a full-time, 8-week summer internship. Starting date is flexible for either May or June.
