Are you a CRM expert? Do you love analyzing launch emails and how to improve them? OurCrowd is looking to hire a Director of CRM. This position is both strategic and execution. The Director of CRM will use research, data & insights to develop segmentation and holistic strategies to build automated and highly efficient email campaigns.

The ideal candidate will:

  • manage and create email mailing lists in our CRM system and our email marketing system;
  • launch email marketing campaigns aimed at our various worldwide investor segments;
  • collect and analyze data on the impact and success of our email marketing;
  • initiate a data-driven strategy to improve email list segmentation and email delivery.

The successful candidate is a data-driven and action-oriented CRM expert who possesses sharp business acumen, familiarity with investments, and deep experience in using data to inform marketing strategy. The candidate must be results-oriented, know how to work across a growing international organization, and have a track record of success in rolling up their sleeves and executing investor growth programs. This person is also known for their ability to build, coach, and lead a cross-functional team.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Hubspot email marketing or similar
  • 5+ years experience with customer retention and increasing lifetime value.
  • 5+ years experience using digital platforms such as email marketing platforms, digital advertising, and analytics platforms.
  • Highly IT literate – Hubspot, Photoshop, web design, HTML, Salesforce, email marketing systems, excel are day-to-day tools
  • Proven ability to think and act strategically, planning and evaluating activity and opportunities within the context of the wider programme as well as individually. Ability to translate concepts into effective action plans.
  • A proven expert in successfully identifying growth drivers for a high growth tech-enabled business
  • A high level of expertise in analyzing user funnels and surfacing growth opportunities
  • Experience working in an environment of constant change, often working to very tight deadlines and potentially changing priorities.
  • Positive, creative, innovative, results-driven, and self-motivated individual with a strong leadership presence
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations
  • Experience working effectively in a heavily cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • English mother-tongue level
  • BS degree in relevant field

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all registered investors are receiving engaging emails, push notifications, inbox messages and SMSs, at the right time with the relevant messaging.
  • Develop marketing funnels and suggest creative ways to interact more effectively with investors and potential investors
  • Increase investor engagement, retention, and investments, using content/messaging
  • Design campaigns to sustain investors’ curiosity and create buzz around new investment opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with changes and global trends in all platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
  • Constantly monitor email campaigns, investments, funnel efficiency, and ROI to deliver improved performance.
  • Drive performance through constantly testing new strategies (segmentation, messaging, channels, promotions, etc.) and building a hypothesis-driven test and learn discipline
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative methods with rigorous A/B testing to understand growth drivers
