We have raised India’s biggest seed round.We are looking for a Technical Lead in our Front-End team who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.Roles and Responsibility :- Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React concepts and workflows.- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.- Mentoring junior SDEs on the latest front-end technologies and coding best practices. Also reviewing their code on a frequent basis.- You will also have to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.- You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance.- You will be a key driver for system-level architecture discussions and solutions.- You should also advocate for improvements to the product quality, accessibility, and performance- Test coverage for every developed feature.Requirements :- To ensure success as a front-end tech lead, you should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills.- 4+ years experience working as Front-end developer.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.- Knowledge of Express framework is a plus.- Strong communications skills with the purpose of establishing great relationships- Passionate about solving complex problems.
