Position Overview
The Executive Assistant of StepStone Group LP in New York will manage multiple work streams simultaneously, prioritizing accordingly. We are looking for an individual with finance experience that is a creative problem solver who can think outside of the box.
Essential Job Functions:
- Handle C-Level Executive administrative duties for NYC office and supporting Partners
- Active executive calendar management for the various members of the New York office
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparation and tracking of detailed expense reports
- Liaising between senior management and visitors to ensure deliverables are met
- Creating and amending documents and reports (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Printing and fulfillment of marketing decks and related materials for business development team
- Assist with event logistic coordination and support
- Supporting Office Management and Senior Admin staff
- Manage Building/Facilities requests
- Manage Salesforce for assigned Executive
- Assist with planning and executing Company Events (Summer and Annual Parties)
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- At least 4 years administrative experience, specifically supporting C-Level
- Executives or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Acute attention to accuracy and detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to organize complex international travel and processing of related visa/consulate logistics
