Analyst

Dreamit Ventures is a leading venture fund focused on startups with revenue or pilots that are ready to scale. Dreamit specializes in startups building transformative companies in two key verticals: Healthtech and Securetech.

We are hiring a bright, dynamic, and creative Analyst to assist with lead generation processes for our Securetech and Healthtech verticals. This position will bolster Dreamit Associates across both Securetech and Healthtech in reviewing deal lists, building campaigns for outreach, supporting timely follow-ups around inflection points, maintaining well-organized CRM deal pipelines, and keeping tabs on key industry dates that yield new deal prospects. Dreamit has offices in Philadelphia and NYC and the role requires an on-site presence in Philadelphia.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess lists of potential deals for Dreamit from health and security industry sources
• Prepare campaigns for outreach that lead to Associate screening meetings
• Sort, handle and engage ad hoc deal prospects on a week-to-week basis
• Track key follow-up dates for each vertical team and assist Associates in handling founder catch-up calls.
• Ensure good CRM pipeline hygiene by sorting through existing deals
• Track key industry dates for new sources of deals across both industry ecosystems
• Develop a strong understanding of the surface-level deal quality in health and security
• Coordinate with Dreamit’s Sourcing Team and Associates to report on sourcing and lead generation outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of work experience.
• Experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
• Strong passion for startups and the venture capital ecosystem.
• Quick learner and fast pattern recognition.
• Task and deadline-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Hunter’s mentality to find new deals, research prospects, and quickly sort through deal sources.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.
• Experienced and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
