Imaginario AI, a startup based in the UK specializing in AI-driven processing of video and audio content, has secured a pre-seed funding round of $1 million to fuel its international growth.
Founded in 2021 by Jose Puga and Abdelhak Loukkal, Imaginario AI revolutionizes the management of multimedia content through the application of artificial intelligence. Its advanced AI-powered API and platform streamline and accelerate the handling of large volumes of data, offering significant benefits to marketers and content creators in creating and understanding multimedia content.
Notably, leading Hollywood studios and media companies such as Warner Bros. Discovery, Universal Pictures, and Cineverse have reported efficiency gains of over 60% in search and creation processes using Imaginario AI. With a focus on expanding its global market presence, the startup has successfully concluded a pre-seed funding round of $1 million, led by Tunisian fund 216 Capital and supported by Blue Lake VC, Earthling Ventures, Comcast NBCUniversal, Techstars, and various business angels.
This investment will support the company’s growth initiatives, including the expansion of its engineering and sales teams across the United States, Europe, and the MENA region.
