Guardify Secures $3 Million Investment to Expand Digital Evidence Management Platform

Guardify, an Omaha, Nebraska-based provider of cloud-based digital evidence management solutions for child advocacy organizations, law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, and other justice system partners, has secured a $3 million investment to support its continued growth and product development. The investment was provided by Flow Capital, which said the financing will help the company expand its operational scale and execute its long-term product strategy as demand grows for secure digital evidence management across highly regulated public safety environments.

Founded to modernize how sensitive digital evidence is managed, Guardify provides an end-to-end platform that enables organizations to securely capture, organize, store, share, and manage forensic interviews, digital evidence, and case information. The company’s technology is designed specifically for multidisciplinary teams working in child advocacy, public safety, and the justice system, where secure collaboration and strict compliance requirements are essential.

Guardify traces its origins to Project Harmony, a Child Advocacy Center in Omaha, Nebraska, which identified the need for a more secure and efficient alternative to transferring forensic interview recordings on physical media such as DVDs. The company was incubated by Giving Tech Labs before launching commercially and has since evolved into a comprehensive digital evidence management platform serving organizations throughout the United States.

The company’s software supports Child Advocacy Centers, child protective services, law enforcement agencies, prosecuting attorneys, defense counsel, and medical professionals who collaborate on sensitive investigations. By centralizing digital evidence within a secure cloud-based environment, the platform enables authorized users to access information quickly while maintaining detailed audit trails and compliance with regulatory and security requirements. The system is designed to reduce administrative burdens, improve interagency coordination, and strengthen the integrity of digital evidence throughout the investigative process.

According to Flow Capital, Guardify has established itself as a trusted technology provider serving organizations operating in complex regulatory environments. The investor noted that the company’s platform addresses critical operational challenges faced by agencies responsible for protecting children and administering justice by improving the management of sensitive digital information and enabling secure collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.

Guardify’s platform combines case management, digital evidence management, and forensic interview workflows into a single solution. Organizations can securely upload and manage videos, photographs, documents, and other forms of digital evidence while controlling user permissions and maintaining comprehensive records of every interaction with case materials. These capabilities are intended to improve operational efficiency while supporting legal and evidentiary requirements throughout the lifecycle of an investigation.

Chief Executive Officer Ben Jackson said the investment will enable Guardify to continue building technology that organizations working on the front lines of child protection rely upon every day. He noted that the platform currently supports a significant share of Child Advocacy Centers across the United States and has securely managed more than 400,000 forensic interviews. The company believes continued investment in product innovation will strengthen its ability to serve justice professionals and improve outcomes for the communities they support.

The new capital will be directed toward expanding Guardify’s technology platform, enhancing product capabilities, and supporting continued organizational growth. As public safety agencies continue transitioning from legacy systems to secure cloud-based infrastructure, demand has increased for software capable of managing sensitive evidence while facilitating collaboration across multiple organizations involved in investigations and prosecutions.

Flow Capital’s investment reflects continued interest in enterprise software companies serving specialized public sector markets. Rather than providing general-purpose document management, Guardify has developed a platform tailored to the unique operational, legal, and security requirements of child advocacy centers and justice system professionals. The company believes this specialized focus has enabled it to establish strong relationships with organizations seeking technology built specifically for their workflows.

Guardify has also continued expanding its user community. The company recently announced that more than 100,000 justice-system and child-serving professionals are active on its platform, including law enforcement officers, child protective services investigators, prosecutors, defense attorneys, and medical professionals. Many of these users collaborate through Child Advocacy Centers that license the platform and extend secure access to multidisciplinary partners working together on individual cases.

With the additional funding from Flow Capital, Guardify plans to continue investing in technology that strengthens digital evidence management, improves collaboration among justice system partners, and supports organizations responsible for protecting vulnerable populations. As agencies increasingly modernize their technology infrastructure, the company aims to further expand its role as a provider of secure, cloud-based evidence management solutions that improve operational efficiency while maintaining the trust, accountability, and security required for sensitive investigative work.
