Consint.AI Secures $58K in Seed Round to Advance Healthtech Innovation
Healthtech startup Consint.AI has raised approximately $58,000 (₹5 crore) in a seed funding round led by Equanimity Ventures and Seafund, aiming to transform healthcare operations through the power of Generative AI. This capital injection will fuel the company’s growth as it scales its AI-driven platforms to streamline healthcare transactions, tackle fraud, and enhance personalized care across global markets.
Founded in 2020 by Ashish Chaturvedi, Consint.AI is focused on solving some of the most complex challenges in the healthcare ecosystem. Co-founder Swadeep Singh later joined to help expand the company’s strategic vision. Their suite of platforms uses proprietary Generative AI models tailored to healthcare workflows, setting the company apart in a competitive sector.
The startup currently offers two flagship products: Risk.ai and CIPHR.ai. Risk.ai is designed to optimize insurance transactions and tackle the pervasive issues of fraud, waste, and abuse. CIPHR.ai, on the other hand, empowers hospitals with intelligent decision support at the point of care and streamlines the generation of claims. These platforms have already gained traction in markets across India, the Middle East, and Africa, and the company now has its sights set on the United States healthcare system—a highly complex but lucrative target market.
The newly raised seed capital will be strategically allocated to multiple growth areas. A significant portion will be used to expand the company’s sales outreach, especially in emerging markets and the U.S. Additionally, Consint.AI plans to invest heavily in advancing its Generative AI platform to offer even more robust solutions for fraud detection, claims automation, and personalized patient engagement.
The funding will also support the expansion of the company’s infrastructure and team. With a projected fourfold year-over-year growth, the team is preparing to handle increased demand and deploy its solutions at scale. This includes onboarding new clients, customizing solutions for different regulatory landscapes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards globally.
Consint.AI has already made significant strides in its mission to transform healthcare. Over the past year, it has secured more than ₹10 crore in signed contracts, including multi-year agreements with top insurers and hospitals. The launch of CIPHR.ai marked a key milestone, offering point-of-care intelligence that improves diagnosis, reduces administrative load, and enhances hospital efficiency. The startup’s recent expansion into the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions is also a testament to its growing influence and scalability.
According to the company’s leadership, the vision is not just to digitize healthcare, but to reimagine how transactions and care delivery happen using AI-first solutions. CEO Ashish Chaturvedi stated that Generative AI has the potential to transform every layer of the healthcare system—from how providers engage with patients to how claims are processed and fraud is detected.
Looking ahead, Consint.AI plans to deepen its penetration in both public and private insurance markets within APAC and MEA. It is also working to establish a strong product-market fit for CIPHR.ai in the U.S., particularly among healthcare providers and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). As global healthcare spending continues to rise, the need for intelligent, automated solutions to reduce costs and improve outcomes has never been greater.
With its AI-powered platforms, focused leadership, and growing market presence, Consint.AI is poised to become a key player in the $600 billion global healthcare transaction industry. The recent funding round marks a crucial step forward in the company’s journey to reshape the future of healthtech.
