Bandits Raises €400K to Expand AI Workflow Integration for European Businesses

Bandits, a Prague‑based startup focused on helping businesses integrate artificial intelligence into their existing workflows and boost operational efficiency, has raised €400,000 in early funding to accelerate its product development and market expansion. The funding round, completed in late 2025, reflects growing investor interest in practical AI solutions that help companies move beyond basic adoption of tools like large language models and automate real work across departments.

The investment was led by Miton, a Czech venture capital firm with a track record of backing promising tech ventures across Central Europe. Miton’s capital infusion into Bandits supports the startup’s mission to make AI integration smoother and more effective for organisations that have struggled to deploy AI tools in complex or legacy systems.

Founded in 2025 by Jiří Štěpánek, Kryštof Mitka and partners at Miton, Bandits is positioning itself as an AI “implementation partner” rather than a generic software vendor. The company provides a suite of ready‑made AI modules that can be customised for different business functions — from customer support to reporting workflows — and pairs those tools with ongoing support and integration services to ensure successful deployment. This dual model is designed to increase the chances that AI projects actually deliver measurable results, an outcome many companies find difficult to achieve with off‑the‑shelf tools alone.

According to the founders, the €400,000 funding will primarily be used to expand the technical team, enhance Bandits’ modular AI toolkit, and accelerate go‑to‑market efforts across key European markets. The round comes at a time when enterprises increasingly recognise the need for AI solutions that are not only powerful but also easily integrated into existing business processes and compliant with regional standards.

Bandits’ platform is designed to help companies automate routine, time‑consuming tasks by embedding AI capabilities directly into existing enterprise software stacks. Rather than requiring organisations to rip and replace legacy systems, Bandits’ modules work alongside existing tools, such as CRMs, email systems and knowledge bases, to add intelligence where it is most needed. This approach allows businesses to maintain continuity while gradually increasing AI penetration in operational workflows.

Co‑founder Jiří Štěpánek says that many companies struggle to implement AI effectively because they treat it like traditional software. “There are more and more AI tools on the market, but most of them are impossible to integrate into established tools or existing company processes. Rewriting them to be AI‑first, while still allowing human control over results, is not easy — and companies need a partner to guide them through that process,” he explained, underscoring the gap Bandits aims to fill for mid‑market and SME customers.

Bandits has already seen early validation of its approach in real‑world use cases. One notable example is its work with OKTAGON, Europe’s largest MMA organisation, which uses Bandits’ AI‑powered tools for video translation and captioning — tasks that were traditionally manual and time‑intensive. According to internal reports from OKTAGON, automating these processes has cut production time by up to 50% while maintaining content quality, demonstrating the tangible operational impact AI integration can deliver when done right.

The Prague startup’s funding comes amid a broader wave of investment in European AI workflow and automation solutions in 2025. Other companies in the space have also attracted capital, signalling a strong appetite among investors for startups that help traditional businesses transform with AI. Across the region, this trend reflects growing recognition that AI can be more than just a novelty — it can be a core productivity tool when effectively embedded in business processes.

Miton partner and serial entrepreneur Tomáš Hodboď says Bandits is well‑positioned to benefit from this trend, particularly among small and medium‑sized enterprises and mid‑market organisations. He highlighted that, with the rise of large language models and generative AI, “significant value will be created by expanding profit margins of established companies that are ready to adopt new technologies early.” Miton’s investment underscores confidence in Bandits’ ability to help businesses leverage AI’s potential in a controlled, efficient way.

As Bandits continues its growth journey, the company’s focus will remain on building modular, adaptable AI solutions that reduce repetitive workload and unlock new productivity gains for its users. With €400,000 in fresh capital and a clear market strategy, Bandits is poised to play a growing role in the European AI ecosystem, helping organisations transition from experimentation to operational AI at scale.
