B2Gnow Expands Capabilities with Acquisition of eComply Solutions

B2Gnow has officially acquired eComply Solutions, a company known for its software that facilitates compliance with prevailing wage laws under the Davis-Bacon and Little-Davis-Bacon Acts. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in B2Gnow’s dedication to providing comprehensive solutions for regulatory compliance and diversity management.

Polaris Partners, a key investor in B2Gnow, has played an instrumental role in facilitating this acquisition.

Since its founding in 1999, B2Gnow has established itself as a leader in business diversity compliance software designed specifically for public infrastructure projects. The company provides a robust suite of tools that streamline compliance management, outreach, and reporting for diverse and certified vendors, helping government agencies and contractors meet regulatory requirements more efficiently.

eComply Solutions, which became an independent entity in 2018, has quickly gained recognition for its software that helps contractors comply with wage determinations on public works projects. This software assists both agencies and contractors in navigating prevailing wage laws, minimizing penalties, and increasing transparency in the public construction sector.

The integration of eComply Solutions into B2Gnow signifies a strategic alignment of both companies’ missions. By combining eComply’s software with B2Gnow’s existing platform, clients will benefit from a unified system that addresses all aspects of contract compliance. Together, they aim to equip agencies and contractors with enhanced tools for managing prevailing wage labor requirements alongside diversity initiatives.

“We are thrilled to welcome eComply Solutions to the B2Gnow family,” stated Bryan Proctor, President of B2Gnow. “Their expertise in prevailing wage compliance perfectly complements our supplier diversity solutions, allowing us to provide exceptional service and innovation to our clients as they navigate the complexities of public infrastructure contracts.”

Justin Talbot-Stern, CEO of B2Gnow, emphasized that this acquisition reflects the company’s dedication to offering high-quality solutions that promote equitable contracting practices.

Huey Siah, Managing Director of eComply Solutions, expressed excitement about the partnership, noting that the collaboration will lead to the development of a more powerful and comprehensive compliance solution. “This is a significant step forward in our mission to assist agencies and contractors in achieving their project compliance goals,” he remarked.

B2Gnow is committed to ensuring a smooth transition for existing clients, with continued support for those utilizing other prevailing wage solutions. Furthermore, eComply’s Labor Compliance Certified Payroll product has been integrated into the B2Gnow platform, enhancing its ability to merge prevailing wage compliance with contract diversity compliance.
This acquisition bolsters B2Gnow’s portfolio and reinforces its leadership position in the regulatory compliance industry, enabling government agencies and contractors to effectively navigate the growing complexities of public infrastructure project management.
