Amenitiz Raises €38.9M Series B to Scale All-in-One Hospitality Platform Across Europe

Amenitiz, the Barcelona-based hospitality technology company focused on independent hoteliers, has secured a €38.9 million Series B funding round to accelerate growth, expand its product offering, and strengthen its presence across Europe. The funding marks a significant step for the company as it continues to scale its all-in-one platform designed to modernize hotel operations and increase direct bookings.

The Series B round was led by Kfund through its Leadwind growth fund. The round also saw participation from Thayer Ventures and Columbia Lake Partners, alongside continued backing from existing investors including Eight Roads, Point9, Otium Capital, Backed, and Chalfen Ventures. The mix of new and returning investors highlights sustained confidence in Amenitiz’s growth trajectory and market positioning.

Founded in 2017 by Alexandre Guinefolleau, Emmanuelle Guinefolleau, and Frédéric Cadet, Amenitiz provides a software-as-a-service platform built to simplify the complex technology landscape faced by independent hotels. Its solution brings together property management, booking engines, channel management, payments, and revenue tools into a single, integrated system tailored for small and mid-sized hospitality businesses.

Since raising its Series A round in 2022, Amenitiz has experienced rapid adoption across Europe. The platform is now used by more than 15,000 hotels and accommodation providers, up from roughly 4,000 customers just a few years earlier. Properties using Amenitiz have collectively welcomed over 15 million guests and processed more than €3 billion in bookings, underscoring strong traction among independent operators, which make up the majority of the European hospitality market.

The newly raised capital will be used to further invest in product development, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence and automation. Amenitiz plans to enhance its technology to help hoteliers optimize pricing, improve operational efficiency, and increase direct booking revenue. The company is also targeting deeper market penetration across Europe, expanding its teams and localized offerings to better serve hoteliers in different regions.

Amenitiz has steadily expanded its product suite beyond its core property management system. Its offerings include tools designed to boost visibility and direct bookings through online advertising and metasearch channels, as well as integrated revenue management features that support dynamic pricing strategies. These tools aim to help independent hotels compete more effectively with large chains and online travel agencies by giving them greater control over distribution and guest relationships.

The company’s mission is rooted in making modern hospitality technology accessible to smaller operators that often lack the resources of large hotel groups. By consolidating multiple systems into a single platform, Amenitiz helps reduce administrative burden, streamline operations, and allow hoteliers to focus more on guest experience.

Amenitiz’s leadership has frequently emphasized that the company’s vision is shaped by firsthand experience in the hospitality industry, with its founders drawing on personal insights into the challenges faced by hotel owners. This customer-centric approach has been a key driver of the company’s growth and product strategy.

The Series B funding reflects broader investor interest in hospitality technology platforms that leverage automation, data, and AI to unlock efficiency and revenue growth. As independent hotels continue to digitalize operations and seek alternatives to fragmented legacy systems, Amenitiz is positioning itself as a central operating platform for the sector.

With strong customer growth, expanding functionality, and fresh capital to support its next phase, Amenitiz is set to further scale its impact across the European hospitality market, helping independent hoteliers modernize operations and compete in an increasingly digital travel ecosystem.
